Location and directions
Location
The site is located on the northern side of Wobaston Road, just to the west of the Staffordshire and Worcestershre Canal. The M54 motorway forms the approximate northern boundary of the development site. The site is easily accessible via the M54, M6 and M6 Toll Road.

From the M54
Exit at Junction 2 of the M54 and take the A449 towards Wolverhampton
At the first roundabout take the third exit onto Wobaston Road.
Continue past HS Marston and the site is located on the right. The site entrance is at the first roundabout you come to and will be entered at the third exit.
From Wolverhampton
From Wolverhampton take the ring road to A449 Stafford Road towards Wolverhampton Science Park, Stafford and the M54.
Continue on this road and at the sixth roundabout, where you will see the company BSL Brammer, take the first exit into Wobaston Road.
Continue past the company HS Marston and the site is located on the right. The site entrance is at the first roundabout you come to and will be entered at the third exit.
