Regeneration projects

Main projects

Other projects

A number of major regeneration projects are currently in progress throughout the city.

Projects include the refurbishment of key shopping centres, transport infrastructure improvements, large scale multi-use developments, urban housing and apartments, thriving business parks and ambitious programmes in education and health.  These projects would not be possible without complex funding packages from the public and private sector.

There are plenty of attractive new business development opportunities emerging which Wolverhampton City Council is keen to progress with appropriate partners.

If you have any comments or feedback about any of the current or proposed regeneration projects in Wolverhampton, please contact us.
