If you're looking to improve your health, why not take part in a fun, FREE morning of fitness and creative activity. There's lot's to try, including:

  • Gym Inductions (10.00, 11.00, 12.00)   
  • Aqua Aerobics - 30 minutes taster (12.00-12.30)
  • Circuit Training - 30 minutes taster (11.30-12.00)

For the above activities, we recommend you book in advance to secure your place. To book for the above activities ring WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams 01902 551010.

For the following activities, there is no need to book, just turn up:

  • Free swim (9.00-12.30)
  • Join a 30 minute walk with other people (Meet at reception at 11 am)
  • Have a go at sewing, flower arranging, jewellery design and other activities
  • Talk to people who can give you advice on your weight, diet and health.

Don't forget to wear or bring appropriate clothing.

Fun ways to stay healthy and active
  • WV Active is the name for the City of Wolverhampton's Leisure Centres, offering a wide choice of sport and fitness activities for everyone in safe and friendly environments.  As a WV Active member you will enjoy the benefits of having complete control over your membership, there is no contract and no joining fee, you will get access to 3 leisure centres together with competitive membership options.
