Wolverhampton Adult Education Service will be hosting an open day on Saturday 17 May for anyone considering starting a diploma or certificate at level 3. Visitors can call in between 10am and 2pm in the Foyer Building in Old Hall Street.
Qualifications available include Health and Social Care, Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Art and Design, Early Years Educator qualification, Initial Teacher Training and British Sign Language.
People who wish to go to university but don't have the necessary qualifications can also learn more about Access to Higher Education courses in nursing, teaching, social work, social science and art and design.
Suzie Lowe, Learning Services Manager, said: "This is an ideal opportunity for people to find out more about courses that are available to them.
"Our staff will be on hand to offer advice and information and we will also be giving assessments on the day. All people have to do is simply bring along their existing certificates, particularly in English and Maths, to get things moving."
