Benefits Helpline - City of Wolverhampton Council

The benefits helpline offers free and confidential information and advice across the whole range of Social Security benefits including advice on what benefits might be available to you and your family at this present time whether you be unemployed, working (part-time or full-time) or retired.

The Helpline is open Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm (noon).
 
Please note this is not the number for the Household Support Fund. If you are seeking help from the Household Support Fund then you need to ring 01902 290241 or make an application online.
