In the interests of commercial propriety and competitiveness we will not honour requests from profit-making organisations except when highlighting joint projects or work commissioned by us, as we would not be able to do so fairly.

  • we welcome feedback and ideas from everyone, and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we may not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive
  • we read all direct messages and replies to posts and ensure that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people at Wolverhampton City Council
  • we cannot comment on issues of party politics
  • the usual ways of contacting the council for official correspondence are detailed in the contact us section of our website

Pre-election publicity rules

  • In the six week run up to an election - local, general or European - councils have to very careful not to do or say anything that could seen in any way to support any political party or candidate. We will continue to publish important service announcements using social media but may have to remove responses if they are overtly party political.
