If you perform:
- Acupuncture
- Tattooing
- Electrolysis
- Ear piercing
- Cosmetic piercing
- Semi-permanent skin colouring,
you must be registered to carry out these activities.
Administrative changes would be any changes to an existing registration such as applicant change of name, address or personal information.
Licensing Services must be notified of any administrative changes within 14 days.
If you wish to add further treatments after registration this would require a new application along with the appropriate fee.
How to apply
Fees
The following fees are payable:
- Premises registration: £201
- Practitioner registration: £271
- Administrative change of existing registration: £10.50
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or you can request that payment be taken over the phone or by bank transfer.
