Summer Reading Challenge

Find out about the Summer Reading Challenge and how you can take part.

The national Summer Reading Challenge, coordinated by The Reading Agency, is run in 97% of UK public libraries - including every one in Wolverhampton!

With hundreds of thousands of children aged 4-11 taking part, the Summer Reading Challenge is the biggest national reading initiative. It runs in libraries throughout the summer holidays, with incentives, activities and events designed to create a real buzz around children's reading. The challenge is simple - to read 6 or more library books over the summer.

If you're a parent or carer, you can find out why it would benefit your child to take part.

And don't forget, it's FREE to join the library and borrow books and it's FREE to take part in Creepy House and its activities this summer holiday!
