Our reputation for providing an excellent service is paramount. Over 80%* of customers are either quite satisfied or very satisifed with the service they received, with over 75%* of customers satisifed with the services we offer. 70%* of customers trust the City of Wolverhampton Council to make decisions in the best interests of the City and it's people and 74%* of residents feel informed about the services we provide.
