We work with children who have neurological, developmental, and orthopaedic conditions, who may also have complex long-term medical, social and learning needs. Our aim is to improve function, protect joints and muscles and improve activities of daily living.  We do this using a variety of orthoses.

An Orthosis or Orthoses   are often called "splints"; they are medical devices that are applied to the body to improve posture, function, and mobility or to reduce pain.  Orthoses may be described as functional, sensory, active bracing, or accommodative.
