Dog Control Consultation

Take part in this consultation by completing the survey.

City of Wolverhampton Council is preparing to create a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) under The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to control certain dog-related behaviour in the city.

The PSPO will replicate and consolidate the previous four Orders made in 2007 and will make slight modifications by increasing the number of arterial roads that dogs are required to be kept on a lead and create new controls for dogs in the vicinity of schools.
