Our target

We aim to have our website available 99.5% of the time. Details of the recent performance are available.

There are however occasions where the level of availability may be reduced.

Reasons for disruption disruption can include:

  • Installation of new IT hardware, software and infrastructure
  • Maintenance of electrical supply systems
  • Technical faults.

When availability is disrupted, we will provide an explanation and details of actions put in place reduce the impact on site visitors.
